Each Painting at Indigo Blu is individually made. Due to each item being individually made/assembled, subtle variances may occur from piece to piece, which we like to think gives each item its own unique character.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a deformity in the product upon arrival. If your item is deformed upon arrival contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily provide refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please return all original packaging with the item(s). All shipping costs for doing so, including that of the unwanted item and that of the new item(s), are the responsibility of the customer.
At no time will ticket sales be returned. Military discounts are only valid with proper military ID.
Banquet Event Orders:
After 7 days of reservation at first deposit Indigo Blu Gallery is unable to refund that deposit. The Deposit is held to reserve the designated time and date. Indigo Blu Gallery and its management team reserves the right to hold security deposits after 7 days of reservation payment.
All Indigo Blu items are for accessory use only. We, as the makers, assume no liability. The use of our products is the complete and total responsibility of the customer/user.
